The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represents Avia Labs with 6,405 s/f lease
Aviva Labs recently executed a lease for 6,405 s/f at 265 Ballardvale Rd.
Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International represented the tenant, while the landlord, Liberty Properties Trust., was represented by Transwestern RBJ.
Aviva Labs is a natural spray tanning company, and is relocating from Woburn.
