The Stubblebine Company signs Hood Industries to 74,240 s/f lease

Hood Industries, Inc., a national lumber related company, leased 74,240 s/f at 91 Fitchburg Rd., formerly occupied by PolyOne, for 10 years. David, James, and Micah Stubblebine principals of The Stubblebine Company and Alan Ringuette represented Hood Industries and the landlord, GFI Partners. Hood Industries is a leading distributor of hardwood and employs over 1,100 people providing their customers with the best combination of quality products and services, and creating an enduring relationship based on value. The hi-bay facility is ideal for warehouse and distribution and has easy access to Rte. 2 and I-495. Situated on over 9 acres of industrial zoned land, 8 loading docks and 1 over-sized drive-in door. According to David Stubblebine, "We conducted an exhaustive search over a 5 year period. 91 Fitchburg Rd. will undoubtedly serve as an outstanding New England headquarters for Hood Industries as the building has several features that are extremely important to Hood Industries' operations including a double rail spur and 24' - 32' clear height."
