The Windsor Management Company completes leases and renewals
The Windsor Management Company has renewed a 7,000 s/f lease at 425C Hayden Station Rd. to Groundwater Environmental Services. Damon Bowers of Cushman & Wakefield was the broker for the tenant and Don McLaughlin of The Windsor Management Co. represented the landlord in this transaction.
In another transaction, Windsor Management Co. has completed a 2,500 s/f expansion lease at 52G Connecticut Ave. in South Windsor to Apex Companies, LLC. The space will be used for office and warehousing. In addition, they have also renewed a lease on the existing space of 58(G/H) Connecticut Ave. McLaughlin represented the landlord in this transaction.
