Theroux of Drubner Comm'l. brokers $1.2m sale
David Theroux, managing partner of Waterbury-based Drubner Commercial Real Estate, has sold 774 Straits Tpke. The property consists of 3/4 acre of commercial zoned land with a 10,000 s/f buiding.
The buyer, Jon Lorensen Honda, plans to expand his car dealership to include the property. The seller was Sousa Straits Turnpike, LLC and the sale price was $1.2 million.
Theroux represented both the seller and the buyer.
