Godin of Matthews Commercial Properties brokers $445,000 sale
Ed Godin Jr. SIOR, of Matthews Commercial Properties, has recently represented the buyer in the purchase of a 7,800 s/f industrial building at 141 Woodruff St. The 1.5-acre property is located in the town center off Rte. 202 and sold for $445,000.
The buyer, East Coast Sheet Metal, will be relocating its business from Thomaston and will utilize the facility for its operations. The seller was 141, LLC of Litchfield.
