Thomas of Colliers International brokers sale of 8,100 s/f in East Hartford
207 Pitkin Street - East Hartford, CTEast Hartford, CT BioSafe Systems, LLC, a manufacturer of sustainable products for agriculture and food safety, headquartered in East Hartford, purchased 207 Pitkin St. for the expansion of their operations.
Currently located on Meadow Street, BioSafe’s acquisition of the adjacent property at 207 Pitkin St. will allow them to expand into the building’s 8,100 s/f office space, while maintaining their warehouse and laboratory space at Meadow St.
Ray Thomas of Colliers International was the sole broker in the transaction.
