Westwood, MA According to Thompson Hennessey & Partners, The Predictive Index has opened its new 21,324 s/f headquarters location at 101 Station Dr. The Predictive Index, a company that empowers businesses to realize what drives workplace behaviors, relocated from Wellesley Hills.

The Predictive Index recently updated its brand and style, and looked for office space that would capture the essence of its culture and create an environment that would attract and retain top talent.

The Predictive Index selected Thompson Hennessey & Partners as its real estate advisor, STV|DPM as its project manager, Margulies Perruzzi as its architect, AHA as its engineer, Commodore Builders as its general contractor, Little Dragon Décor as its interior designer, Strategic Workspaces/DIRTT for millwork, and NPP, Scale and WRG for furniture. The building’s owner, National Development, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

“Since we’ve moved into the space,” said Todd Kokoszka, vice president of technology, “I’ve seen an increase in productivity. The open nature of our office has brought people into key discussions, we’ve provided visibility to our innovation process with a great use of white board walls, and the kitchen has also become a gathering place for larger meetings as well as casual discussions.”
