Tinkham holds groundbreaking for 24,000 s/f office park in Londonderry

According to Tinkham Realty, Inc., a groundbreaking has recently been held for Buttrick Rd. Professional Office Park, Buttrick Rd. Buttrick Rd. Professional Office Park spans 3.55 acres and will consist of four buildings ranging in size from 3,100 s/f to 7,900 s/f. Office suites will be available for lease from 1,550 s/f with custom designed floor plans, full basement storage and ample parking. Marketing the office space is Tinkham Realty, Inc. "We currently have over 15,000 s/f under agreement," said realtor Judy Tinkham. The property is being developed by DHB Homes. Tinkham Realty, Inc. is a full service real estate firm servicing all of New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts.
