GVA Williams appoints Weber to head firm's Life Science Practice Group

According to GVA Williams, Ryan Weber, VP, will join the firm to head up the Life Science Practice Group. He will be focusing on expanding the presence in the biotech marketplace throughout the city, Cambridge, and the suburbs. Weber comes to GVA Williams from NAI Hunneman, where he has been since 2004 as a specialist in the leasing and sales of office and laboratory space in Cambridge's growing life sciences/technology sector. He completed multiple transactions for landlords and tenants, with clients that include PERCIVIA, Tofias, Eyegate Pharma, and SupplyScape. Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Weber worked in technology sales for eBenefits.com and Doubleclick, Inc. Weber is currently pursuing his master of science in Real Estate Management at Bentley College. "We are pleased to welcome Ryan to the GVA Williams team. We are excited to expand our Life Science team and consequently, our ability to service a wider range of clients in this sector of the marketplace. Ryan's expertise and dedication will surely add significant value to our Life Science clients," said John Hennessey, president of GVA Williams of Mass.
