Tinkham Realty leases 4,114 s/f for Green Mountain Ptrs. Realty
According to Tinkham Realty, Inc., the leasing of a 4,114 s/f industrial condominium at 1 Rebel Square, to ARS Restoration specialists of Newton, Mass. has been completed.
The Hudson office is ARS's fourth New England location. Â Area commercial property owners, insurance professionals and homeowners can now rely on ARS's 24 hour, on call disaster recovery expertise to restore their properties in the event of flood, fire, smoke, soot, wind, or mold damage.
Judy Tinkham negotiated the lease on behalf of the lessor, Green Mountain Partners Realty Trust and assisted the lessee.
