Tischio and Brochin of Prudential CT Realty broker $336,500 sale
John Tischio CCIM and Elizabeth Brochin of Prudential's North Haven office represented the seller in the sale of 9 South Cherry St. Robert Errato of Metro Real Estate represented the buyer.
The property sits at the corner of South Cherry and Quinnipiac Sts. and consists of a two-story brick 3,418 s/f building on .16 acres built in 1890 in the historic style of firehouses of that period.
Converted to office use in the 1970s, the building preserved the historical appearance of the original structure including the bell tower.
