NAI Hunneman, a leading provider of commercial real estate services to corporations, institutions and the private market, has brokered the sale of Lakeview Manor, a 24-unit apartment complex for $1.76 million.
NAI Hunneman's executive vice president and principal Robert Tito and Dan McGee, investment sales, represented the seller, Lakeview Manor LLC, and procured the buyer, Sahara Real Estate.
Located on an approximately one-acre lot at 3 Carroll Dr., the property consists of 16 two-bedrooms and 8 one-bedroom units in 4, six-unit buildings.
"It's a magnificent property that offers some water views of Lake Ripple and is strategically located close to the MBTA commuter train and the Mass. Turnpike," said Tito. "Sahara Real Estate will hold these apartments as an income property. We're very pleased to have found a perfect buyer for this property that had attracted a number of investors."
