Allston, MA NAI Hunneman brokered the $2 million sale of a 5,406 s/f retail property located at 445 Cambridge St. Executive vice president Robert Tito represented the seller 445 Cambridge Street, LLC., while Thomas Blakely of TRB Realty procured the buyer. The property was 100% occupied.

“It was a perfect user purchase, as the existing business smoothly transitioned to the new owner-operator,” said Tito.
