Waltham, MA Tocci Building Companies has completed work on Waltham Landing located at 431 River St. Developed by Charles River Place, LLC, the luxury residential project totals 51,000 s/f and features 34 two-bedroom apartment units atop four ground-level retail spaces comprising 8,260 s/f.

Even though site work and project start date occurred during last year’s historic Winter conditions, Tocci helped guide the project into a successful completion and it is rapidly filling with tenants.”

Waltham Landing is located within a community, and walking distance to Waltham Center, with commuting capabilities into Boston and surrounding suburbs.

Tocci collaborated with architects Costa Architects and structural engineering consultants Cowen Associates, and worked on behalf of owner Charles River Place. Waltham Landing is situated across the street from the local MBTA commuter rail station and a short walk from the city’s downtown corridor.
