Tognacci of Phoenix Commercial Real Estate brokers 16,766 s/f lease
The Longfellow Club has leased an additional 16,700 s/f at 522 Boston Post Rd. to expand its array of sports and health related programs. Longfellow offers programs in co-ed and women's only fitness, tennis, children's programs, swimming and dancing at 522 and 524 Boston Post Rd.
The building is owned by Water-Wayland Realty Trust. David Tognacci of Phoenix Commercial Real Estate LLC was the sole broker.
