Toolin represented the landlord and acquired the tenant. Weight Watchers leased 3,539 s/f at 160 South River Rd. Toolin represented the landlord. Paramount Partners represented the tenant. United Auto Credit Corp. leased 1,964 s/f at 207 Meetinghouse Rd. The company provides automobile financing. Toolin represented the building ownership and acquired the tenant. Sorenson Communication leased 3,541 s/f at the Gateway Center, Concord. The company is a provider of communications for deaf and the hard-of-hearing. Toolin represented the building ownership and acquired the tenant.
