Town Fair Tire opens 86th store in Woburn
According to Daniel Plotkin, principal with Windsor, Conn.-based Northeast Retail Leasing & Management Company LLC, Town Fair Tire will open its 86th store at the corner of Mishawum Rd. and Washington Ave. The 7,100 s/f free standing building represents the East Haven, Conn.-based retailer's latest store design intended to be the best possible environment to purchase and install tires and custom wheels.
Town Fair operates throughout New England and despite the economy continues to seek high traffic, highly visible retail locations in strong retail trade areas. Town Fair will consider existing buildings, raw land, and shopping center pads. The company will lease or purchase its real estate.
