Transwestern|RBJ renews Nuance Communications’ 200,605 s/f lease
1 Wayside Dr. - Burlington, MABurlington, MA Transwestern|RBJ facilitated a 12-year lease renewal for Nuance Communications’ East Coast headquarters on behalf of the building’s owner, RT Burlington, LLC, an affiliate of Chambers Street Properties. The multinational computer software technology corporation occupies the entire building, or 200,605 s/f, at
“Nuance Communications represents a valuable tenant at 1 Wayside Drive,” said Jon Varholak, partner, Transwestern|RBJ. “We are pleased to extend our relationship with them and look forward to working with them.”
