Transwestern|RBJ renews Nuance Communications’ 200,605 s/f lease

Burlington, MA Transwestern|RBJ facilitated a 12-year lease renewal for Nuance Communications’ East Coast headquarters on behalf of the building’s owner, RT Burlington, LLC, an affiliate of Chambers Street Properties. The multinational computer software technology corporation occupies the entire building, or 200,605 s/f, at
