TRB & Associates brokers $1.8 million sale of 5-unit multi-family in Quincy, MA
96 West Street - Quincy, MAQuincy, MA TRB & Associates brokered the sale of a newly constructed, 5-unit, multi-family investment property totaling 6,500 s/f of living area situated upon 10,000 s/f of land at 96 West St. for $1.8 million. The recently completed building was 100% vacant at the time of sale with certificates of occupancies just being issued.
