TRB Dev. completes $940,000 fit-up of CVS in Messina Plaza
TRB Development Group, Inc., general contractor and design builder, has just completed the $940,000 interior fit-up of the new CVS in Messina Shopping Plaza at 115 Main St.
The new, 13,013 s/f pharmacy is the anchor for Messina Shopping Plaza and features a new department, "Healthy Skin Care," where a customer can sit down to try various skin care products. In addition, the store has a convenient pharmacy drive-thru window on the north side of the store and a photo department near the entrance.

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
