Crewcuts from J. Crew joins tenants at the Derby Street Shoppes
The tenant mix at Derby Street Shoppes just got stronger as Crewcuts by J. Crew has signed a lease to join the locally-based lifestyle center.
Crewcuts offers kids-sized versions of classic J. Crew styles for boys and girls ages 2-8. Crewcuts' Derby Street Shoppes store will be one of the first Crewcuts to debut in an open-air environment.
Over the past year and a half, Derby Street Shoppes has added tenants such as Apple, J. Crew, lululemon athletica, 344, Eileen Fisher, and more.
Derby Street Shoppes is located just off Rte. 3 with direct access to Boston's affluent South Shore communities. A sampling of the powerful tenant mix that Crewcuts will join:

Prescott IOS secures lease of 151 Rivermoor St. for Eastern Bus Co. at 151 Rivermoor St. in West Roxybury
West Roxbury, MA Prescott IOS has arranged an industrial outdoor storage lease for Eastern Bus Company at 151 Rivermoor St. David Skinner and Devon Wagner of Prescott IOS represented the tenant, while Caroline Munn nd Rob Byrne of CBRE represented the landlord, Feeney Brothers Real Estate. The 40,000 front foot site gives the bus operator secured yard space close to the routes it serves across Boston and the inner suburbs.
