TRB Development begins 16 apartment units
TRB Development Group, Inc. has begun construction of 16 apartments in an existing building located at 37-43 Temple Place.
The apartments will be located on floors 2-5 and will be comprised of 1 two-bedroom, 7 three-bedroom, and 8 four-bedroom units. Two retail stores are located on the first floor with separate residential entry between them, and the laundry and bicycle storage rooms are located in the basement.
Schopf Design Associates provided the architectural plans, and the new apartments are scheduled for completion in September.
