TRB Realty closes $5.01 million sale of 46,263 s/f office/retail site

Marlborough, MA TRB Realty (TRB) has closed the $5.01 million sale of Marlborough Village Plaza located at 486, 488, 496, 500 Boston Post Rd. (Rte. 20). TRB Realty exclusively represented the seller, Marlborough Village Plaza LLC and procured the buyer, Aubuchon Realty, Inc.

The sale included one office building and three retail buildings, totaling 46,263s/f situated upon 3.5 acres.

TRB Realty’s certified commercial investment brokerage is led by it’s founder and president, Thomas Blakely, CCIM.

“We are pleased with the outcome of the transaction and to have been retained by ownership for the second time in 1 year to provide commercial real estate brokerage services on an exclusive basis – the buyer performed admirably,” said Blakely.
