Trefethen of Summerview Real Estate brokers 2,500 s/f lease-and-purchase agreement
Steve Trefethen, owner and broker of Summerview Real Estate negotiated a lease-and-purchase agreement of a 2,500 s/f former Taco Bell space to Great America Subs at 41 Crystal Ave.
The property owner is Samara Properties LLC of Stratham.
Great America Subs, owned by Tim Ferris and Mason Walsh, also operates stores in Londonderry and Manchester.
