Trevor Davis Commercial brings Middletown Bus. Pk. to 80% leased

Trevor Davis, CCIM and Brenda Kollmer of Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate LLC, brokered the following transactions at Middletown Business Park: All Star Software Systems, LLC leased 3,250 s/f at 440 Smith St.; W. Ray Thomas of Colliers, Dow & Condon represented the tenant. The Home Store leased 411 s/f at 460 Smith St.; Innova Electronics, LP leased 1,913 s/f at 450A Smith St.; Auto Parts International, Inc. leased 5,500 s/f at 464 Smith St. Trevor Davis Commercial Real Estate has brought Middletown Business Park from 47% to 80% leased for BostonMiddletown, LLC, the landlord.
The spaces available range from 350 s/f office suites to 13,000 s/f office/flex/warehouse spaces. Middletown Business Park has great access from I-91 at Country Club Rd. (Exit 20) or Rte. 372, Cromwell (Exit 21), between Middle St. and Industrial Park Rd.

Davis and Kollmer also signed the first lease at the new Main Street Market, 366-386 Main St., in the core of the Central Business District. Howard & McMillan, counselors at law, leased 1,640 s/f on the 3rd floor.
Davis and Kollmer handled the following transactions at 438 Main St., at the corner of Washington St.: Academy of Driving leased 630 s/f; 'R Kids leased 722 s/f; IDS Group leased 389 s/f; Financial Freedom Group leased 360 s/f; and an event planner leased 302 s/f.
In Rocky Hill, Davis and Kollmer leased 1,564 s/f to Business Performance Technology, LLC at Compass Point, Building 3, 1111 Cromwell Ave. Compass Property Management, LLC, the landlord, was represented by Phil Gagnon of O,R&L.

In Middletown Davis and Kollmer brokered the following transactions.
Omega Flex, Inc. leased 3,719 s/f on the 7th floor at Middlesex Corporate Center, 213 Court St. Tom Ford represented the landlord, Midfield Associates. Omega Flex, Inc. is the corporate headquarters of a global manufacturer that was formerly based in Westfield, Mass.
Davis and Kollmer represented the Northern Middlesex YMCA as landlord, in the negotiation for the termination and demolition of the Bank of America branch at 55 DeKoven Dr. The YMCA will use the site as additional parking.
They represented Adib Chouki, the owner of 569-591 Main St. at the corner of Liberty St., in the negotiation with the City of Middletown on its taking by eminent domain. The city will use the site as municipal parking.
And in Hartford Davis leased 2,700 s/f to OneSource Facilities Services, Inc. at 55 Airport Rd.; the landlord is 55 Airport Road, LP. There was no other broker involved in this transaction.Middletown Business ParkMain Street Market, Middletown
