Triglione of Nordlund Associates represents Bradford and Bigelow, Inc. in 48,256 s/f lease
Seabrook, NH According to Nordlund Associates, Anthony Triglione represented Bradford and Bigelow, Inc., of Newburyport, Mass. in the lease of 48,256 s/f at the former SAM’s Club building located at 131 Ledge Rd.
John Galligan, president of Bradford and Bigelow said, “Our print warehouse & distribution supply chain solution continues to grow exponentially. B&B recently completed a $20 million expansion of their Newburyport facility and has now added another 50,000 s/f of space in nearby Seabrook. With our mid-west and west coast partners, B&B now offers a national supply chain solution for educational publishers.”
