Worcester, MA The Stubblebine Company/CORFAC International has completed $7.9 million in sales.
The sales included the sale of a 123,548 s/f building at 53 Millbrook St. James Stubblebine and David Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Co. represented 53 Millbrook LLC, the buyer, and A. Shulman, Inc., the seller, in this $4 million transaction.
This manufacturing building on 4.72 acres is set in an Opportunity Zone and zoned MG-1. The building boasts not just a great location near I-290 but active rail and clear height up to 22’. The Stubblebine Co. has been hired as the exclusive marketing agent to secure tenant(s) for the subject property.
In addition, James and David Stubblebine represented the seller, Peter Quick, and the buyer, 46 Development, LLC, in the $3.9 million sale of 46 Development Rd. in Fitchburg. Publishers Storage has occupied the building for many years and will remain a tenant in the facility.
Established in 1974, Publishers Storage currently serves over 350 publishers ranging from single title self-publishers to large scale publishers. They provide warehousing and shipping services for publishers along with performing set assemblies, kitting, bar coding and shrink wrapping.
The building currently has 16,000 s/f of warehouse available at 31’ clear. The Stubblebine Co. will serve as the marketing agent to lease the available space.
