Triglione of Nordlund Associates brokers $2.125 million sale to Windhill and Company Woodworks, Inc.

Georgetown, MA Nordlund Associates has completed the sale of 2A Moulton St. The 11,114 s/f manufacturing and showroom facility plus 3,200 s/f garage storage building was purchased for $2.125 million by Windhill and Company Woodworks, Inc. amd Dexmar Realty Trust. 

The seller, Ed Curtis, said, “We engaged Anthony Triglione and Nordlund Associates because of their strong local area presence and commercial real estate expertise. Their comprehensive strong marketing program and intuitive sense for negotiating a deal with the right buyer resulted in a successful closing. Additionally, Anthony’s professionalism and focus on our best interest was evident throughout the entire process.”
