Triglione of Nordlund Associates handle $4.35 million building sale

Georgetown, MA According to Nordlund Associates, Anthony Triglione represented the property owner in the $4.35 million sale of 4 Carleton Dr. The 59,000 s/f office and manufacturing facility will be the new home of the Salisbury-based company, Cambridgeport (division of Cox Engineering). 

Barry Enos, of Carleton Realty LLC and MJ Industries, said, “The timing of the sale of 4 Carleton Dr. was perfect as we completed the sale of our company within weeks of the real estate transfer. Our listing broker, Anthony Triglione, was keenly aware of our objectives throughout the process and facilitated the transaction without a hitch.”
