Newburyport, MA Anthony Triglione of Nordlund Associates, Inc. negotiated the lease of 9,600 s/f at 22 Henry Graf Rd. The property, set on 3.33 acres, is a 31,000 s/f light manufacturing facility. Triglione represented landlord in the transaction.
