Triglione of Nordlund Associates, Inc. brokers $2.425m sale for Coulomb Realty Trust
Anthony Triglione, of Nordlund Associates, Inc., sold 126 Sohier Rd., for its client, Coulomb Realty Trust. The 34,000 s/f flex/industrial facility was formerly known as the headquarters for Kaiser Systems, Inc. and the sale price was $2.425 million. David Hark, of The Drumlin Group represented the buyer.
