Triglione, of Nordlund Associates, Inc. sells 4,300 s/f office for $1.65 million

Newburyport, MA Nordlund Associates has completed the sale of 7 Prince Place, Unit 301, in downtown. The 4,300 s/f office condominium was purchased for $1.65 million by the owners of Ambrosi, Donahue & Congdon, CPA, a local area certified public accounting firm.

The seller, Tom O’Rourke, of 7 Prince Place LLC, said, “We engaged Anthony Triglione and Nordlund Associates because of their local area commercial real estate expertise and strong marketing plan in order to find the right buyer for our property. We appreciated Anthony’s professionalism throughout the entire process and his ability to get this transaction completed during an unpredictable market for office space due to the pandemic.”
