Hewitt joins High Street Residential as senior VP

Boston, MA According to High Street Residential (HSR), the residential subsidiary of Trammell Crow Co. (TCC), Carolyn Hewitt has joined the firm to lead multifamily development in the city. In her role as senior vice president, she will be responsible for sourcing, shaping and executing multifamily developments throughout the region.

Hewitt joins HSR from The NRP Group, where she spent five years as vice president of development.

In her role with NRP, she opened, managed, and grew the firm’s Boston office. During her tenure, she developed more than 800 multifamily units valued at over $250 million. Prior to NRP, Hewitt held various management positions with Mill Creek Residential and Simpson Housing.
