Triglione of Nordlund Assocs. handles 22,000 s/f lease
Salisbury, MA According to Nordlund Associates, Anthony Triglione represented the property owner in the sale of 7 Fanaras Dr. The 22,000 s/f flex/industrial facility was purchased by Harnum Industries.
According to Mohehan, LLC, the seller, “The timing of the sale of 7 Fanaras was perfect as the lease with the previous tenant ended just a month earlier so the property did not sit vacant. Our listing broker, Anthony Triglione, positioned the property perfectly within the marketplace and quickly and professionally facilitated the transaction to a successful conclusion.”
