Trotta of Lyman Real Estate facilitates $1.647 million sale of 58 acres in Connecticut

Killingly, CT Smithfield, RI-based Douglas Construction has purchased an assemblage of four parcels at 738-800 Hartford Pike, totaling 58 acres. The deal was announced by Ron Lyman, CCIM, CEO of Lyman Real Estate Brokerage & Development.

Lyman broker Carolyn Trotta represented both the buyer and sellers for three of the parcels, and the buyer for the fourth, whose seller was represented by Rene Barbeau, Jr., of RE/MAX Bell Park Realty. The properties sold for a combined price of $1.647 million.

The buyer acquired the land to develop as a warehousing and distribution site to bring continued business and economic growth to the area and the I-395 corridor.
