The house, located at 15 Balina Place, will house two families who are thrilled to be moving into their new homes in this neighborhood.

They are Ruth and Meselework Teferra-Desta, originally from Ethiopia, and Ben and Liz Cressy, who are moving to Dorchester from Lynn. Each family has two young children. The Teferra-Desta and Cressy families will soon live in safe homes where their children can play freely outside.

Helge Capital is proud to assist Habitat for Humanity in helping to make this dream home possible for these families, and to help beautify and improve Boston’s neighborhoods.
