Unicorn Realty invests $500,000 in renovations of 412 Washington Street

Unicorn Realty recently completed a $500,000 renovation of their building at 412 Washington St. The 12,000 s/f building was originally designed for 5 units of retail or office space. Following the renovation the building is designed to house three units including space for their current tenant Books & More, a wholesale book and toy outlet which also includes a retail component to the business. The renovation includes a new façade for the exterior structure of the building, new electrical and a new heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. Unicorn Realty has owed the building for 10 years.
