JLL hires O'Marah as senior vice president of project and development team

According to Jones Lang LaSalle, its project and development (PDS) team has been bolstered with another senior hire as Eamon O'Marah joins the firm as senior vice president. O'Marah will focus on new investment development projects and business opportunities with institutional and corporate clients across a broad array of property types. Eamon has over 20 years of real estate development experience throughout the U.S. in all property types. Since 2003 he was the President and Owner of O'Marah Development Company, a real estate investment and development firm. His responsibilities included: planning and programming, underwriting, finance, capitalization, acquisition and due diligence. Most recently he completed these projects: acquisition and development of the $75 million, 114-room Ames Hotel in Boston; acquisition and managing the entitlements for 45 Stuart Street Boston; site acquisition and financing for W Providence hotel; and financing for Mass Pike Parcel 9. Prior to his work with O'Marah Development, Eamon was with Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. as an Executive Vice President and Project Manager, The Beacon Companies as Development Director, and Director of Business Development with Morse Diesel International Eamon holds a Bachelors degree in Landscape Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design. He was selected to the Providence Business News' prestigious 40 Under 40 list of business leaders.
