Valenti and Calabrese of R. Calabrese Agency lease 3,000 s/f

Tony Valenti and Ralph Calabrese of the R. Calabrese Agency, LLC completed the lease of 3,000 s/f of retail space located at 832 Queen St. to Noodles & Company. Noodles & Co. celebrated the grand opening of their third restaurant in Connecticut on June 28th. Noodles menu offers a healthy dining alternative featuring the world's favorite noodle dishes, as well as sandwiches, salads and soups. Noodles & Co.'s two other locations are in West Hartford and Glastonbury, CT. The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented the landlord, West Queen Developers, LLC. Hartford Noodles, LLC, the Noodles & Co. franchisee was represented by Brian Zelman of Zelman Real Estate Brokerage, LLC. The R. Goldberg of Spire Investments purchases Beverly portfolio for $9.2m

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
