This new business was launched to fill a niche providing quick delivery of made from scratch cakes, cupcakes and gift baskets for all occasions in as little as an hour to Southington and surrounding towns. Baked goods and gift baskets are also available at this retail shop.
The R. Calabrese Agency, LLC represented both the landlord, FC, Inc. and the tenant in this transaction.
