The seller is ECC Realty, LLC. The buyer is Michael Hannifan of Essex. He will lease the building, after extensive renovations, to his son, Colt Taylor, a chef in Manhattan who is relocating to Conn.
Kristin Geenty SIOR was the agent for the buyer and Kevin Geenty SIOR was the agent for the seller.
