Vantage Builders completes $4 million 44,000 s/f ICE renovations

Vantage Builders completed the 44,000 s/f, $4 million dollar renovation of a multi-purpose facility in Burlington for the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Department of Homeland Security. ICE hired Vantage to perform the renovations, while Maugel Architects provided the design. Ten New England Executive Park was the site of the complete demolition of two floors and construction of general offices, booking/parole area, training facilities, detention area and computer rooms. Extensive site work along with an integrated security package was also provided. The facility will hold illegal immigrants from Burlington and the surrounding area until they can be transported to the downtown Boston facility.
