Vantage Builders promotes Regan and Thayer to senior project manager

Vantage Builders, Inc. has promoted Denise Regan and Mike Thayer to senior project manager. "Denise and Mike are tremendous assets to both our firm and to our valued clients," said John Connor, principal, Vantage. "They bring a terrific amount of experience and knowledge to each and every project and have earned the respect of peers, landlords, subcontractors and architects alike." Regan has more than 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining Vantage, she was a director of construction at Peabody Properties and vice president of operations at R.M. Cochran Co. She has also held property management roles with ELV Associates, Spaulding & Slye Associates and Meredith & Grew. Denise holds a construction supervisor's license and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, with a LEED Green Associate's accreditation. She earned a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College. Thayer joined Vantage in 2009. Prior to joining the firm he held project manager positions with the Torrey Company and Craffey & Company. During his 15 year career Mike has managed more than one million square feet of construction projects, working with such notable and diverse clients as Boston College, Boston Properties, Northrop Grumman, and Boston Beer Company. He earned a bachelor's degree from New England College and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, having achieved the organization's LEED AP (Accredited Professional) designation. Vantage Builders offers contracting services to corporations, developers, property managers, retailers and private institutions throughout New England. Our standard construction services include general contracting and construction management. More comprehensive services include design/build and value engineering. In managing and building scores of commercial projects, we've found that versatility is key to our customers' success.
