“Subcontractors are the backbone of many of our projects and they bring specialized skills and expertise to help us deliver high-quality work efficiently,” said Tyler Amore, project manager for VBA. “VBA is proud of our team of subcontractors who were willing to stay late and work on Saturdays to help push this project across the finish line on time.”

“VBA is a long-time construction partner consistently providing top-tier construction management services and delivering successful projects,” said Doug Avola, VP of construction for Bulfinch. “Daily communication with Bulfinch’s property management team was a key factor in the team’s success and helped to ensure this project was completed on time and on budget.”

Another factor in this project’s success was having Bulfinch’s property management team on site. They were there to answer any questions the VBA team had which made the project move smoothly and allowed for a consistent and high level of customer service.
