Vidal/Wettenstein and William Pitt co-broker sale of 2,500 s/f for $1.05 million

Fairfield, CT The law firm of Meehan & Meehan will be relocating to 116 Sherman St. The 2,500 s/f space will be used for the firm’s law practice. The building was purchased by MTM Sherman Street LLC, for $1.05 million or $420 per s/f.

The building had been occupied by the Rosemary Hallgarten Interior Design Group which relocated to a larger facility in Norwalk. Meehan & Meehan has been practicing family law since 1961 and they have offices in Bridgeport and Westport.

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein was the listing broker. Erika Portanova-Songer, sales person of William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer. Rita Steinberger, Esq. was counsel for the seller.
