Press of Press/Cuozzo Realtors honored for sale of 962-964 Chapel St. in New Haven, CT
Branford, CT The New Haven Middlesex Association of Realtors Commercial Investment Division held their 2021 award ceremony on March 31st at The Stony Creek Brewery.
Stephen Press, SIOR, CRB, GRI, principal and broker of Press/Cuozzo Realtors, received the Deal of the Year Award for the mixed-use category for the sale of 962-964 Chapel St., New Haven. The 11,000 s/f property contained a ground floor restaurant tenant and three architecturally designed residential units on the upper floors. With views of the New Haven Green and the Yale Old Campus, the unique landmark building offered the buyer the opportunity to own a generational asset.
The transaction closed in December 2021.
