Vidal/Wettenstein completes expansion and 6,000 s/f lease

According to David Fugitt, SIOR, a partner with Vidal/Wettenstein commercial real estate based in Westport, the firm has completed the expansion and extension of a lease to Sugar and Olives. The property is located at 21 Lois St. Sugar and Olives is a restaurant, but also runs cooking classes and evening dinner parties. The restaurant will continue to be open for business during the renovation of the additional space. Vidal/Wettenstein has also leased a flex building to Power Pak Packaging. They leased the entire 6,000 s/f building located at 18 Lois St. Power Pak is a distributor of packaging and other industrial/commercial products. Fugitt was the sole broker involved in both of these transactions.
