Vidal/Wettenstein completes two leases totaling 13,950 s/f
Vidal/Wettenstein, a commercial real estate firm based in Westport, has negotiated the lease terms for two companies.
Unicare, LLC, a home health company presently located in Bridgeport, will be relocating to 80 Ferry Blvd. The company has taken 4,950 s/f of office space. Unicare delivers health care services to clients in need of private duty, home aids, physical, occupational and speech therapy. Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR with Vidal/Wettenstein represented Unicare, and Ted Hoyt of Martin Caselli was the listing broker.
Eastern Connection, presently located in Stratford, has expanded their operations to a new space at 350 Long Beach Blvd. The business has leased 9,000 s/f by sub-letting space from a former tenant, in the Stratford Executive Park. Eastern Connection is one of the largest regional transportation and logistics providers on the East Coast.
