Cushman & Wakefield named exclusive leasing agent for 280,000 s/f
Cushman & Wakefield has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Pickwick Plaza, a three-building, 280,000 s/f class A office complex. Kensico Properties, the owners of Pickwick Plaza, are planning a broad range of renovations.
Cushman & Wakefield's Jay Hruska, vice chairman, Tara Stacom, executive vice chairman, Torey Walsh, director, Connor Daugstrup, associate, and Scott Silverstein, senior leasing associate, are the exclusive leasing agents for the property. Pickwick Plaza is managed by the internationally acclaimed real estate investment, development and property management firm, Hines. Recent transactions at Pickwick Plaza include Performance Equity Partners' 11,500-s/f lease and Oak Management's 6,800 s/f lease.
