Vidal/Wettenstein handles 15,585 s/f in three
leases in Bridgeport, CT

304 Seaview Avenue - Bridgeport, CT

Bridgeport, CT The former Alloy Engineering building located at 304 Seaview Ave. had been sold to an investment company in May of 2023. The building was put on the market as a vacant 27,000 s/f industrial facility, and since that time, three tenants have moved into the building.

Emery Plastics which is a distributor of plastic pellets had leased 1,500 s/f of the building for a five-year term.

The Norwalk Woodworking Center formerly located on Westport Ave. in Norwalk, has leased 3,200 s/f for their woodworking club. The term of their lease is for five years.

American Leak Detection which is a national company specializing in water leak detection and training, has leased 10,885 s/f. The term of their lease is 10 years.

Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR, partner with Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the leases. Wettenstein said, “The only remaining spaces in the building are a 3,500 & 6,000 square foot sections, both with overhead doors. Considering the fact that industrial space availability is at an all-time low, the activity on the remaining spaces has been brisk.”
